The 80/20 Software Training System
Over the years I've realized that when learning software applications and applying the knowledge to the workplace, the user usually only needs to learn approximately 20% of a system's functionality in order to operate at 80% efficiency.
Once the student has learned those portions of the software necessary to be proficient, he/she will have the motivation to continue to train themselves in the application.
This additional information can often be found on YouTube. YouTube videos are almost like having a private tutor.
You will notice that I have some links on my blog roll which I feel are excellent sources for this type of training. I will be adding to this over the coming months
Thanks for coming over and joining me for it a few minutes on the site. Please leave your comments, I appreciate any helpful hints and improvements you can make to my site into the learning experiences of all those who visit.
This ties in well with the book I read many years ago and is still available, called the 80/20 rule. I link to Amazon, as soon as I refresh my training in the same!!
